All of our school canopies are created using only the finest materials available and are tailor made to fit your building, we have a dedicated design team who will provide you with your own 3 dimensional plans so that you can see exactly how your canopy will look when it is finished. Self-supporting aluminium roof system
TECHNICAL DETAILS:-
- 40mm thick ‘X’ structure polycarbonate panels.
- Standard panel widths of 990mm and 630mm.
- Excellent thermal insulation properties of 1.4w/m²k.
- Sound insulation approx 23 dB.
- Panel weight approx 4.1 kg/sqm.
- Hail impact resistance >21m/s.
- System 40 Poly panels are light in weight and up to 200 times stronger than glass and 10 times stronger than PVCu panels.
- During the manufacture of LP 40 Polycarbonate panels a layer of UV absorber is co-extruded onto the surface forming a barrier against UV radiation.
- LP40 Polycarbonate panels carry a limited 10 year guarantee against discolouration, ageing and resistance to hailstones.
- LP40 panels are classed as self-extinguishing and do not emit poisonous toxic gasses, unlike PVCu panels.
- Structured Polycarbonate sheets have been tested to most European standards including BS476 Part 7 and BS476 Part 6 and have achieved a Class 1 surface spread of flame.
Frame work
- All of or frames are manufactured in house by fully qualified engineers.
- Galvanised and powder coated in a colour so no erosion will occur.
- Timber fames are available on request
Roller shutters

- Our roller shutters come in a choice of colours and are available in aluminium or galvanised steel.
- Electrically or manually operated.
- Group power commander or individually operated.
- Fire activated (shutters all rise on the sounding of the alarm)

We offer a complete package from start to finish with every project, we can take care of the planning permission Should it be required (most canopies now require planning permission and building regulations )
